We manufacture our casks (foudres) and vats (cuves) with the utmost respect for the rules of French cask-making. Our master cask-makers are the heirs to a long tradition and centuries-old know-how passed down from generation to generation. We take particular care in choosing our oak from the best forests and allowing it to slowly evolve and refine in the open air for many years.
